Amendment #21 to H4790

Greater Lowell Technical High School ADA Compliance

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill at the end thereof by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. (a) provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Greater Lowell Technical High School for the purpose of making recreational spaces on the school grounds compliant with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act, therefore improving the overall safety, accessibility, and overall well being of the greater community.”
