Amendment #4 to H4790

Middleton PAC Funding

Representatives Jones of North Reading and Kerans of Danvers move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Item 1599-0026 of section 2 of chapter 24 of the acts of 2021, as most recently amended by section 48 of chapter 77 of the acts of 2023, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2024” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- June 30, 2025."
