Amendment #5 to H4790

Prior Appropriation Continued- Marlborough

Miss Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Item 1599-0026 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “curbing and resurfacing of the parking lot” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2025”.
