Mr. Michlewitz of Boston and others move to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7008-1776, by inserting after the word “Lowell” the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for planning and operating costs associated with the 250th anniversary celebrations in the town of Sudbury; provided further, that not less than $325,000 shall be expended for the towns of Concord, Arlington, Lexington and Lincoln for planning and operating costs associated with the 250th anniversary celebrations; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Berkshire Historical Society for coordination of 250th anniversary celebrations throughout Berkshire county; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Revolution 250, Inc. for statewide programming, educational and outreach efforts; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the city of Quincy for planning and operating costs associated with the 250th celebrations

And further amend the bill in section 41 by striking out, in lines 552 to 555, inclusive, the words “and (5) the agreement between the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888, Unit LT1, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

(5) the agreement between the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission and the Service Employees International Union, Local 888, Unit LT1, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;

(6) the agreement between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers and Scientists, Unit 9, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027;

(7) the agreement between the Court Administrator of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the National Association of Government Employees International Union, Local 5000, Units J2C and J2P, effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027; and

(8) the agreement between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509, Units 8 and 10, effective from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026.
