Excess Equity

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in Section 11 in Section 64A(d)(2) by inserting the following: "Excess equity that has not been claimed within 19 months of a sale or appraisal of a property shall be disposed of pursuant to chapter 200A."
