Posting Requirements

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 6 by striking the following: "and such notice shall be posted upon the class one,

residential property" and adding the following after the word "residential" in line 103: "Failure to receive the notices stated in this section shall not invalidate a tax or any proceedings for the enforcement or collection of the same".
