Interest Adjustments

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill by adding the following Section XXXX:

SECTION XXXX: Section 62 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the word “sixteen” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 8.

SECTION XXXXX. Said section 62A of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking, in lines 5 and 6, the words “not more than 50 per cent of”.
