Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett moves to amend the bill in Section 1, in line 26, by inserting after the word “individual” the words “or is contained or installed in a vehicle”;

and to further amend the bill in said section 1, in line 33, by inserting after the word “broadcast” the words “or Global Positioning System satellite signal.”
