Amendment #18 to H4876

Promoting Dairy Farms

Mr. Cassidy of Brockton moves to amend the amendment by adding the following sections:-

SECTION XXXX. Section 40 of chapter 179 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2018” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2021.

SECTION XXXX. Said section 40 of said chapter 179 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby further amended by striking out the words:-“in the Clean Peak Standard Incentive program.

SECTION XXXX. Said section 40 of said chapter 179 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure“2023” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2024”.
