Ms. Domb of Amherst moves to amend the amendment in section 14, in line 290, by striking out the words “, to the extent practicable”; and in section 37, in line 616, by striking out the words “to the extent practicable”; and in section 37, in line 617 through 618, by striking out the words “, to the extent practicable,”; and in section 51, line 874 through 875, by striking out the words “to the extent practicable”.
