Ms. Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the amendment in lines 659 and 660, by striking out the words “3 public members to be appointed by the governor for a term coterminous with that of the governor,” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 4 public members to be appointed by the governor for a term coterminous with that of the governor, 1 of whom shall be a representative of the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies,.
