regional representation on the energy facilities siting board

Ms. Ciccolo of Lexington moves to amend the amendment in the second to last paragraph of section 37, by striking "3" the first time it appears and inserting following:-"4" and inserting after “matters” the first time it appears the following:-"1 of whom shall be a representative of the Massachusetts Association of Regional Planning Agencies with expertise in regionalization matters"
