Mr. Saunders of Belchertown moves to amend the amendment in section 51, line 866, after the words “Massachusetts environmental policy act office”, by inserting the following:-

“mayor, board of selectmen, town manager, or other such chief executive, planning board, and conservation commission of any municipality in which a proposed facility is to be located,”
