Green Economy

Mrs. Reyes of Lawrence moves to amend the amendment by adding the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $5,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Lawrence for the development and fostering of Green Economy related business, workforce development and related activities. Funds will go towards hardening the environment, repairing canals, and areas of flooding.”
