Safe Installation of Small Clean Energy Storage Facilities

Mr. Arena-DeRosa of Holliston moves to amend the amendment in section 14 by adding the following subsection:-

(j) Small clean energy storage facilities shall not be located in, or adjacent to, a residential area.
