Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the amendment in section 12, in line 1145, by inserting after the word "audits." the words "A pharmacy benefit manager shall also report to the commissioner of insurance on an annual basis, any state or federal action taken against the pharmacy benefit manager or settlement entered into or any pending civil or criminal process or investigation.".
