Amendment #24 to H4891

Relative to Real-Time Information to Patients

Mr. Roy of Franklin moves to amend the amendment moves to amend the bill in SECTION 3,  line 46, by striking, the word “access.”  and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “access; and (v) the potential cost savings for patients associated with requiring that patient-specific benefit and deductible information be made available by payers to providers in real-time via said provider’s electronic health record system.”
