Amendment #4 to H4891

Veteran and Disabled Citizens Medicine Coverage

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 118E of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, any resident of Massachusetts who is either an honorably discharged veteran or a disabled individual who is eligible for social security disability benefits shall have 100 percent of their medicine costs covered under Medicaid.
