An Act relative to the transportation of vessels.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the maximum height and width dimensions as provided in sections 19 or 19A of chapter 90 of the General Laws shall not apply to any vessel being hauled from or to a professional waterfront year-round marine servicing business in the village of Hyannis or Osterville on a public way within 3 miles of the vessel’s waterfront location of origin in the town of Barnstable and which may pass over the roadways of the town of Yarmouth; provided, that said vessel shall be trucked by a professional licensed boat hauler.
