Scituate housing authority energy efficiency project

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item #7004-0101, in line 15, by inserting after "intake" the following:

"; provided further that no less than $ 150,000 be expended by the Scituate housing authority for window replacements to improve the energy efficiency of the Wheeler Park II housing facilities for the disabled and elderly"
