Main South disadvantaged business project inflation costs

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 3, in item 7002-8051, in line 137, by inserting after “year” the following: “and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended as a grant to the Main South Community Development Corporation to cover additional unforeseen inflation-related construction costs to complete the commercial condominium project for disadvantaged businesses on a long-vacant lot in Worcester”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$34,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “34,100,000”.
