Free full day kindergarten grant to minimize disparity

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 3000-1045 the following item:

"xxxx-xxxx that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of funding a statewide free full day kindergarten grant program to minimize the economic impact and disparity in those districts across the Commonwealth that were not participants in the FY2000-FY2016  Kindergarten Development Grant Program”
