Timing of Consecutive Sessions

Messrs. Keenan and Tarr move to amend the report in Rule 1 by inserting after the word "business" the following words:- “; provided, the Senate shall stand adjourned to meet again no less than 8 hours from adjournment, except in the case of an emergency.”
