Filing of Conference Committee Report

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the report in rule 11B by striking "8 p.m. on the day preceding its consideration and the General Court shall not consider said report before 1 p.m. on the following day," and inserting in place thereof the following:- "5 p.m. and the General Court shall not consider said report before 72 hours after the report has been filed."
