Posting of Conference Committee Report

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the report by inserting at the end of Joint rule 11B the following:- "The clerk shall as soon post the text of the conference committee report or the General Appropriations Act as soon as practicable, but no later than 30 minutes, following its filing."
