Broadband Equity Language Clarification

Mr. Finegold moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, in item 7002-8049, by adding at the end the following words:- "in unserved or underserved locations, and for adoption, digital equity and other eligible uses consistent with federal guidelines".
