Cocktails to Go Extension

Messrs. Cronin and Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Subsection (b) of section 2 of chapter 118 of the acts of 2020, as most recently amended by section 19 of chapter 42 of the acts of 2022, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "April 1, 2023" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- April 1, 2024.
