Massasoit Springfield

Messrs. Gomez and Oliveira move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2 in line item 7002-8051, by adding the following words:- "provided further that not less than $3,000,000 shall be provided to Massasoit Springfield limited partners for the blighted Massasoit property in the city of Springfield”; and by striking out the figure "$34,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$37,000,000".
