Estate Tax Inflationary Adjustment

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Timilty and Collins move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 183 after the number, "$2,000,000" the following: "provided that this amount shall be adjusted annually to reflect any increases in the cost of living by the same method used for federal income tax brackets"
