Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Item 8000-0313 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022, is hereby amended by inserting after the word, “program” the following words: -and provided further, that funds in this item shall not revert but shall be made available for these purposes through June 30, 2024."
