First Responder Suicide Prevention PAC

Mr. Montigny moves to amend the bill by inserting after section ___ the following section:-

"SECTION __.  Item 8000-0313 of section 2 of chapter 126 of the acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “2020” the following words:- “provided further, that funds appropriated for said grant program in fiscal year 2023 shall not revert and shall be made available for the purposes of the program for fiscal year 2024”.
