Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 1, by striking out, in line 17, the word “supplement” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “separate supplement”; and

in said section 1, by inserting after the word “report”, in line 18, the following words:- “ ; provided, however, that the filing of an annual report by a covered employer shall not be rejected on the basis of an incomplete or omitted wage data report”; and

in section 5 by striking out, in line 111, the word “supplement” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “separate supplement”; and

in said section 5, by striking out, in line 142, the word “annual”.
