Payment for pharmacists as primary care providers

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 1747 after the word "price" the following:- "(xiv) evaluate payments to pharmacists for primary care services performed within their authorized scope of practice for which there is either no compensation or insufficient compensation, and make recommendations for the development of such payments as are necessary to achieve fairness and sustainability in the delivery of such services."
