Eliminating Co-Pays for Opioid Use Disorder

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 41, subsection b, line 689 by striking out the words "and (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(iii) opioid use disorder; and (iv)";

in section 42, subsection a, line 785 by striking out the words “(ii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(ii) opioid use disorder; (iii)";

in section 42, subsection a, line 787 by striking out the word “(iii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(iv)";

in section 42, subsection a, line 787 by striking out the word “(iv)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(v)";

in section 44, subsection b, line 889 by striking out the words "and (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(iii) opioid use disorder; and (iv)";

in section 45, subsection b, line 1010 by striking out the words "and (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(iii) opioid use disorder; and (iv)";

in section 48, subsection b, line 1259 by striking out the words "and (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(iii) opioid use disorder; and (iv)"; and

in section 52, subsection b, line 1392 by striking out the words "and (iii)" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "(iii) opioid use disorder; and (iv)".
