Enhancing Transparency

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 21, by inserting after the word “means”, in line 417, the following words:- “; provided, however, that the report shall be published on the website of the commission”; and

in section 38, by adding the following sentence:- “The report shall be published on the website of the center.”; and

in section 40, by inserting after the word “financing”, in line 659, the following words:- “; provided, however, that annually, not later than March 1, the report shall be published on the website of the executive office of health and human services”; and

in section 42, by inserting after the word “financing”, in line 842, the following words:- “; provided, however, that annually, not later than March 1, the report shall be published on the website of the department"; and

in section 57, by inserting after the figure “2025”, in line 1665, the following words:- "; provided, however, that the report shall be published on the website of the commonwealth health insurance connector authority not later than July 1, 2025”; and

in section 58, by inserting after the figure “2024”, in line 1709, the following words:- "; provided, however, that the report shall be published on the website of the department of public health not later than September 1, 2024”; and

in section 59, by inserting after the figure “2024”, in line 1764, the following words:- “; provided, however, that the findings shall be published on the website of the division of insurance not later than December 1, 2024”.
