Overdose Prevention

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following new section:-

"SECTION X. Any retail pharmacy licensed by the Commonwealth’s Board of Registration of Pharmacy shall notify the Department of Public Health when their supply of naloxone nasal spray is insufficient."
