Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 41 the following section:-

“SECTION 41A. Item 8000-0313 of said section 2 of said chapter 24 is hereby amended by striking out the words “June 30, 2023”, inserted by section 204 of chapter 268 of the acts of 2022, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- June 30, 2024”.
