Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. Said item 8000-0313 of said section 2 of said chapter 24 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “Boston”, the third time it appears, the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2024.
