Inspector General Report

Mr. Keenan, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-0514, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not later than February 1, 2024, the executive office of housing and livable communities shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means, which shall include information from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, inclusive, related to contract compliance by providers of alternative temporary emergency accommodations and the procurement process for shelter, food and other services.”
