Local Occupancy Tax Payments

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in line 108, by inserting, after the word "crisis;", the following words-: " provided further, that all payments by the commonwealth to said hotels or motels shall include all local room occupancy excise taxes and fees to be remitted in accordance with the provisions of section 3A of chapter 64G of the General Laws;".
