Shellfish harvesters eligibility

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in item line 156 after the word "item" the following:-"provided further,that losses in agriculture and shellfish harvesting attributable to extreme weather events shall be eligible for relief pursuant to this item"
