Harm Reduction

Messrs. Collins and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

"SECTION X. A retail pharmacy licensed pursuant to section 39 shall notify the department of public health if their supply of naloxone nasal spray is insufficient."
