Amendment 2

Mitigating Trauma

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

"SECTION X.  Qualified social workers and clinicians performing court-ordered evaluations pursuant to section 35 of chapter 123 of the General Laws in Suffolk County may perform said evaluations remotely in a hospital or medical facility in Suffolk County."
