Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after the word “year”, in line 29, the following words:- “, as stated in the most recent Statutory Basis Financial Report”; and

in section 3, by striking out, in line 57, the words “if such amount that exceeds the threshold” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “if the balance of the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund at the time of the transfer”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in lines 58 and 59, the words “budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “all budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year, as stated in the most recent Statutory Basis Financial Report”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 64, the words “if such amount that exceeds the threshold” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “if the balance of the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund at the time of the transfer”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 66, the words “budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “all budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year, as stated in the most recent Statutory Basis Financial Report”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 72, the words “if such amount that exceeds the threshold” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “if the balance of the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund at the time of the transfer”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 74, the words “budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “all budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year, as stated in the most recent Statutory Basis Financial Report”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in line 80, the words “if such amount that exceeds the threshold” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “if the balance of the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund at the time of the transfer”; and

in said section 3, by striking out, in lines 81 and 82, the words “budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “all budgeted funds for the preceding fiscal year, as stated in the most recent Statutory Basis Financial Report”.
