Diagnosis Information to CJIS

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Brady, Moore, Timilty and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended by striking in line 47 the words "medical or psychiatric diagnosis" and further by inserting at the end of line 71 the following:- "To the maximum feasible extent possible, consistent with state and federal law, when transferring data to the department of criminal justice information services the reporting authority shall include data relating to the medical or psychiatric diagnosis.”
