Transporting an illegal weapn into the Commonwealth

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Brady, Moore, Timilty and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION_. (h)(1) of section 10 of Chapter 269 as appearing in the 2020 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 141 after the word, "ammunition" the following:-"or transports into the commonwealth an illegal firearm, rifle, shotgun or ammunition" .
