Acknowledging receipt of policy

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting line 33 after the word, "year" the following:-",provided that receipt of said policy shall be acknowledged in writing in a manner prescribed by the city, town, regional school district, vocational school district or charter school and returned to the city, town, regional school district, vocational school district or charter school not later than 5 days prior to commencement of any instructional program authorized by this section"
