Child Care Closure Notification

Messrs. Keenan, O'Connor, Tarr and Timilty move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of early education and care shall notify all families who use a child care center of the closure of that center, regardless of whether the family receives public financial assistance for child care."
