Massachusetts Council for American Private Education technical name change

Ms. Moran and Mr. Moore move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 5 the following section:-

"SECTION 5A. Section 3A of said chapter 15D, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 23, the words “Parents Alliance for Catholic Education” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Massachusetts Council for American Private Education.”.
