Cost of implementing and maintaining the provisions of the bill

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking the word "and" in line 82, and inserting after the word "household" in line 86 the following:-

", (10) and the cost of implementing and maintaining the provisions of this bill."
